2013: PMS (Gentlemen Please Read)So we have all had some form of health education in school. Some of us listened, some didn't and some skipped cause it was either too gross or too boring. What tends to annoy me the most (I guess you can call it a "pet peeve" of mine) is when guys get grossed out when the topic of periods come up. Dear men of the world, PMS is not rare. I guarantee that unless a girl is anorexic or has some sort of sickness that she'll definitely have her period. If you live with your mom/aunt/sister/girlfriend/wife or any other woman, then you should already be used to this. The reason why I want to talk to the guys as well is because I don't think they understand the reason of PMS. I won't get into details but I want men to read this as well and understand it. Maybe then they won't be as disgusted with something so natural.
The facts are:

The average girl will have her period once every month for an average of 5 days. (Some girls have it less and some more)
