Taken in Downtown Wilmington, NC - posters were put up all over town to promote Invisible Children's "Cover the Night" campaign on April 20th, 2012.

KONY 2012 is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous (or "infamous") - not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice.

I was asked to shoot this event for my school's newspaper, please do not plaster the comments section with your opinions or rants about this subject. I'm not here to promote my own opinions on the matter, I just report on what is going on around town.

"promote Invisible Children's "Cover the Night" campaign"??? Not my opinions or rants on this subject, but they "the supporters" are promoting a needless war. Blood on the hands of who ever posted any "Kony 2012" poster.
